  The Australian Thermo Laminating Association is proud to sponsor the forthcoming Australian Woodworking & Technology Expo, a three day event at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Melbourne in July 2009. It's geared totally for the kitchen manufacturer, designers and the cabinetmaking industry.
The Australian Woodworking and Technology Expo will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on July 23-25, 2009.
ATLA members Craig Jenkins (Arrow Wood Products) and Bob Kory (Kory Dubay) have spent a long time in the planning and organising of the event, which is focused on the needs of the kitchen and cabinetmaking industry.
They have answered the demand for a Melbourne based trade show that will be easily accessible for the smaller cabinet shops, shop- and office-fitters, and kitchen manufacturers, whether in metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria or neighbouring states.
The organisers are pleased to report that, even in the current economic climate, Australia's premier woodworking industry suppliers have come together under one roof to present the latest in woodworking technology and new product lines, covering the whole spectrum available to the kitchen manufacturer.

Another first for Melbourne!
An added benefit in visiting the Melbourne-based show is the inaugural 'Australia and New Zealand Thermo Laminating Conference' specifically catering for manufacturers of vinyl vacuum-formed doors and panel products. The conference will feature a number of international guest speakers, who are recognised specialists in the thermo laminating industry from Germany and Japan. Attendees will gain knowledge and expertise that will set the benchmark for the industry in Australia and New Zealand.
The first-time conference is sponsored by the Australian Thermo Laminating Association (ATLA) and its media partner Elite Publishing (publishers of Supplier Woodworking magazine) and will be held during the Expo.
As seating is strictly limited at this important conference, it is essential for invitees to pre-bbok requirements for themselves and key staff well in advance. This is definitely a 'one-off' opportunity!
