Members of the Association will:
- Uphold the highest standards of business ethics, customer service and quality of workmanship.
- Guarantee their products in accordance with Australian standards for quality and performance.
- Publish and provide their current product warranty to their customers and the association.
- Inform fellow members of faulty products for which all claims made have been substantiated.
- Participate and co-operate in research undertakings on behalf of the Association and make the results available to other members.
